OVERLAP HEALING

Overlap Healing is a series of Svaroopa® Yoga Therapy sessions, such as “Treating Pain”, therapy for “Neck and Shoulders” and/or Embodyment®, to accelerate recovery exponentially, with a minimum of relapse (or none).

In case of problems or conditions that need maximum healing, the sessions are concentrated and structured in the ways as follows:

  • 9-sessions:
  • 1 session per day for 3 consecutive days, followed by
  • 1 session every other day for 6 days, followed by
  • 1 session every third day for 9 days
  • (for a total of 9 sessions over 18 days)
  • 15 –sessions:
  • 1 session per day for 5 consecutive days, followed by
  • 1 session every other day for 10 days, followed by
  • 1 session every third day for 15 days
  • (for a total of 15 sessions over 30 days)
  • 30-sessions:
  • 1 session per day for 10 consecutive days, followed by
  • 1 session every other day for 20 days, followed by
  • 1 session every third day for 30 days
  • (for a total of 30 sessions over 60 days)

Note: Minimum 10 sessions are highly recommended for the best results.

Because the pain relief and changes accelerate in Overlap Healing, the client must be committed to the entire series. This ensures that the changes continue and the new openings in the body hold, and the client learned how to integrate and maintain the benefits. The length of this process of integration varies from person to person.

After an Overlap Healing period, a once a week session is highly recommended to maintain and support the healing.
